The complex was built on the banks of Dneprodzerzhinsk reservoir in 2009 on the 4-hectare area.  Special kind of wooden material used in construction and inside design create the peculiar comfort and  home atmosphere for any visitor. The complex includes the hotel, eight wooden houses, the restaurant, the conference hall, spa , secure car and boat parking, the place for  boat lifting and launching, a personal subsidiary plot, a fish-smoking workshop, the bakery-supplying the restaurant with all necessary products.
